After a few days of pleasure the young men were put to sleep again, after which they would awaken in Hassan's palace. Here they were told that they had visited paradise and that if they became soldiers, that is "Hassassins", they would return there as soon as they had fulfilled their duties as warriors, and that if they died in battle they could stay there forever.
